Welcome to SSArthi – Six Yards of Elegance. By browsing this website, placing an order, or communicating with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Single Price Policy (₹1,500)

Every single saree offered on this website is priced at exactly ₹1,500 INR. Any attempt to tamper with prices through client-side manipulation, browser scripts, or unauthorized requests is strictly rejected by our server-side validation.

2. Product Authenticity & Photography

We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, borders, weaves, and embroidery of our sarees accurately. However, slight tonal variations may occur depending on your device screen calibration and monitor display settings. Handloom characteristics and subtle yarn variations are natural attributes of the weaving art.

3. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Receipt of an electronic order reference does not signify our final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if product availability is exhausted prior to payment or in instances of suspected fraudulent transactions. In the event of cancellation, any paid amount is promptly refunded in full.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, trademarks, text, layout designs, and original photographs on this website are the property of SSArthi – Six Yards of Elegance. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial reuse without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
