Returns & Refund Policy

At SSArthi, every saree is curated with dedication. We inspect all sarees prior to packaging to ensure weaving perfection. We want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with your drape.

1. Eligibility for Replacement / Returns

We gladly accept returns or replacements under the following verified conditions:

• The saree received has an unwearable physical defect, tear, or structural weave flaw.
• You received an entirely incorrect design or color variant compared to your confirmed order.
• The request is initiated within 48 hours of verified delivery.

2. Mandatory Condition of the Saree

To qualify for return or exchange:

• The saree must remain unworn, unwashed, and unpleated.
• The running blouse piece must not be cut or stitched.
• Original packaging, fold lines, and brand tags must be fully intact.
• A brief parcel opening video or photograph showing the defect is kindly requested for swift verification.

3. Return Initiation Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Send an email to contact@ssarthi.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Reference Number (e.g., SSA-20261012-XXXX).
2. Attach photos or an opening video highlighting the issue.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return pickup instructions.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned drape at our Kolkata facility:

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
• For direct UPI/Bank transfer orders, refunds are credited directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID.

5. Handloom Variations Note

Please note that minor slubs, natural yarn texture variations, or delicate handloom characteristics are marks of authentic textile weaving and are not considered manufacturing defects.
